Managed and developed $3.3 million loan and $4.5 million deposit portfolio. Evaluated clients' financial objectives and recommended appropriate products and services based on their objectives, cashflow, collateral and net worth positions.

Research Interests
Dr. Matherne's research interests include firms' strategic responses to environmental shifts and jolts, new venture development support mechanisms, the internationalization of new ventures, and pedagogical issues in strategic management and entrepreneurship. His research is published in Journal of Business Venturing , Academy of Management Executive , Journal of Management Education and European Management Journal , and other academic journals.
